Poem about My Rights

$50.00

Original letterpress print
8.5 x 49 inches
Limited edition, 125 copies

Printed on a 1906 Colt's Armory press from handset type. 2 inks / 6 passes on French paper, 3 sheets hinged with archival paper tape. Ships flat, z-folded. Type is Spartan and gothic wood type. 2018.

Created by Sabina Smith (pictured holding broadside) and Myrna Keliher at Expedition Press. Conceived of as a benefit print, we have donated over $3,500 from sales of this epic broadside: first to Black Lives Matter and Planned Parenthood, then to KeepOurClinics.org. We've also gifted a lot of copies to teachers and others deeply moved by the poem, who wanted to share it but could not afford it.

Six years in, we've decided to lower the price and discontinue donations from sales. This will help make the remaining copies more accessible, reduce the administrative burden on our end, and allow us to continue gifting copies where they are most needed.

Thanks so much to all who have supported this project.
