No lo había mirado
Original letterpress print
These prints are seconds, which means they didn't pass muster one way or another to make it into the original edition but were too good to toss. We're making them available to find homes as it's an excellent poem; all are legible despite ink and paper irregularities. Sold unpackaged, as-is.
Printed on a 1906 Colt's Armory press from handset type. 2 inks / 2 passes on Mohawk Superfine paper. Type is Standard Med, gothic wood type, and Univers. Credit line on front. Seconds stamp on back.
“No lo había mirado / I Had Not Seen It” by Pablo Neruda, translated by William O'Daly. From Book of Twilight, Copper Canyon Press, 2017.
