Shipping policy

We love getting things out the door and into your hands! If you have further questions after reading this page, please email myrna@expedition.press.

Standard shipping

We ship orders M-F in the morning. Our local mail pickup is around 11am.

Retail orders typically ship within 3 business days by USPS. In-stock wholesale orders typically ship within 5 business days by USPS or UPS ground.

If we anticipate a delay beyond one week we will notify you as soon as possible with more info and what to expect.

Priority shipping / rush orders

We no longer offer priority shipping at checkout due to the reality of longer shipping times worldwide since the pandemic; we don't like to promise the idea of "priority" since it doesn't feel promise-able any more.

That said, if you need something by a particular date, please tell us in the "leave a note" field when you place your order. We'll let you know what options are, calculate any extra cost & invoice for it, and get your package out as soon as we can.

Bulk / large orders

We offer free domestic US shipping on retail orders over $100.

Duty & customs for international orders

International customers, we value you! Please be aware that your order may incur further fees upon arrival, imposed by customs. A package may be held until these fees are paid in person. Every country has its own approach to import tax and duty on goods purchased from overseas.

Our UK and Canadian customers most often report these fees. While we're not able to calculate them for you, here are two resources we've found:

The amount typically depends on the total value of your order. Please ask your local post master if you have concerns, and contact us too—we will pass on any more specific info relevant to your order if we can.

Lost, damaged, or stolen packages

We take special care with packaging to be sure your items arrive safely and in excellent condition. However we cannot guarantee safe handling once a package leaves our shop.

If you have particular concerns, please add a note to your order and we will add insurance and/or reinforce your package. If you have issues with stolen packages please inform your mail carrier and let us know if you'd like signature confirmation added to your order for a small additional fee.

Expedition Press LLC is not responsible for lost, or damaged stolen packages. If this happens, please do still let us know and we'll help find a solution if we can.
